In order to provide the best possible care to all our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations or late re-scheduling:
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice (before the scheduled appointment date) will be considered a ‘late cancellation’. In such cases, a fee of £50 will be charged to your account. There are no exceptions.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice will be considered a “no-show.” In the event of a no-show, a fee of £100 will be charged to your account. Again, no exceptions.
